Objective
This program is for business partners and heads of business units and branches. It is designed to help them create and accomplish their personal best, and to help them lead others to get extraordinary things done in the interest of the organisation. Leadership is all about setting goals, lighting a path, and persuading others to follow. The course will help participants define their role as manager and identify how that role differs from other roles they have had. Participants will learn new skills and recognize that leadership is a learning process.
